These terms explain how Becca’s Field & Stage Music Fest 3-day Pit Pass discount list works.
By submitting the form to join the list, you understand and agree to the following:
1. Joining the list does not purchase a ticket
Submitting the form only adds your name and email to Becca’s private Field & Stage Music Fest 3-day Pit Pass discount list. You will still need to purchase your ticket through the approved ticketing process once the discount details are shared.
2. This list is for the 3-day Pit Pass discount
This private discount list is for the Field & Stage Music Fest 3-day Pit Pass. The 3-day Pit Pass is intended to include access to the event area for all three dates of the event, subject to the final ticket terms provided by Field & Stage Music Fest and/or the official ticketing provider.
3. The discount depends on the list reaching a minimum
This private discount is expected to be available only if the list reaches at least 100 people. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the discount may not be provided. If you have friends who want to come with you, each person should join the list with their own email.
4. Discount details will be sent by Becca
Field & Stage will provide the discount details to Becca. Once Becca receives the discount details from Field & Stage Music Fest, she will send them to everyone on her list using the email address submitted through the form.
5. Final ticket details are handled by Field & Stage Music Fest or the ticketing provider
Final ticket availability, pricing, discount terms, ticket access, purchase requirements, refund terms, and ticketing details are handled by Field & Stage Music Fest and/or the official ticketing provider. Becca’s Barn Dance is helping collect the list and share the discount details, but does not control final ticket pricing, availability, ticketing terms, or purchase processing.
6. Ticket screenshots are required after purchase
After you buy your 3-day Pit Pass, please screenshot your ticket and send it to Becca by replying to her email, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram Messenger. This helps match your ticket back to Becca’s list.
7. Your information may be used for this ticket list process
By submitting the form, you understand that your name and email may be used by Becca’s Barn Dance for this Field & Stage Music Fest 3-day Pit Pass discount list. Your information may also be shared with Field & Stage Music Fest if needed for list verification, discount coordination, or ticket matching.
8. Event details may change
Event details, ticket terms, availability, pricing, discount terms, schedules, artist appearances, and access details are subject to change by Field & Stage Music Fest, World Deer Expo, the venue, artists, or the official ticketing provider.
